Workshops & Special Events

Sunday, September 24
12:30 – 2:30 pm
Have you wondered about our ropes wall and how to integrate ropes into your yoga practice?
Wall ropes can be an invaluable tool for getting into certain asanas, offering support, stability, and security. Ropes can also help students become more aware of their alignment, help open areas of the body that might be difficult to reach otherwise, and help stretch and strengthen specific areas of the body. This workshop will cover anatomy, posture, alignment, and safety; we’ll also use the ropes!
Want to learn more about the first two limbs of yoga, Yama and Niyama, and how to integrate these ethical principles into your life?

What Clients Say About CVYoga
Tried their Hatha class for levels 2 and 3 and it was good! I like how my instructor really took the time out to correct and improve my poses. Will be back to try other classes!
I really love coming to this studio, it is so comfortable! Yes, it is definitely on the small side, but most classes don’t get too full, so it doesn’t really pose a problem. There are a variety of styles offered, and the teachers each bring something unique to their classes. And the best part? It is probably the least expensive studio you’ll find—perfect for students like myself.…
I forced myself to try beginners yoga on a Sunday morning last fall. Best thing I could have done. I like that it is a small studio. I like that I get the assistance from the teacher that has improved my practice. My body and soul have definitely benefited from practicing here.
