Please join us for an introductory workshop on the first two limbs of yoga. We’ll study these ten ethical principles (five for Yama, and five for Niyama).
For the ten weeks following this workshop, April’s classes will correlate the asana sequence with one of the ethical principles, working through all ten.

What Clients Say About CVYoga

  • Tried their Hatha class for levels 2 and 3 and it was good! I like how my instructor really took the time out to correct and improve my poses.  Will be back to try other classes!

  • I really love coming to this studio, it is so comfortable! Yes, it is definitely on the small side, but most classes don’t get too full, so it doesn’t really pose a problem. There are a variety of styles offered, and the teachers each bring something unique to their classes. And the best part? It is probably the least expensive studio you’ll find—perfect for students like myself.…

    Megan L.

  • I forced myself to try beginners yoga on a Sunday morning last fall.  Best thing I could have done.  I like that it is a small studio.  I like that I get the assistance from the teacher that has improved my practice.  My body and soul have definitely benefited from practicing here.
