We offer a range of classes for all levels of yoga students. We invite you to try out different classes and teachers to find what best meets your needs. We have mats and props for your use. We also hold workshops on various topics.

Next Intro Series: May 4, 2008: Intro to Yoga Four Class Series 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. $52. A great place to start yoga.

Next Workshop: Resting on the Waters of Infinity  with Nancy Leigh-Smith May 17, 2008 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Join Nancy for a long practice. Limited to 12 participants.
