Recharge mind, body and spirit…

as you melt over props to help eliminate fatigue and stress. Discover a renewed sense of well-being as warm stones are gently placed on select points of your body to deepen relaxation and encourage breathing awareness. Restorative poses completely support your body helping to release holding patterns of tension and free-up energy. Set aside a few hours for quiet time and revitalization.

Barbara Lande is a certified yoga instructor at the 500-hour level and a Pilates teacher with more than 25 years of active practice and training.
