Looking for a brief respite that will devote time to relaxation and yoga?

Join Bridget Galli & April Oquenda at The Land of the Medicine Buddha for a weekend of yoga, meditation, healthy eating, intentional rest, time in nature, and good company. The focused intention of this retreat will be to cultivate and practice gratitude.

The Land of the Medicine Buddha is set in the beautiful redwoods three miles from Capitola Beach. It is an environmentally conscious meditation and retreat center. This sacred space is the perfect place to retreat for a weekend of rest and renewal.

We are excited to share this time and space with you!

April & Bridget have been the owners of Castro Valley Yoga since 2017. They strive to build community through the practice and study of yoga. Their retreats are intended as a time for dedicated practice, exploration, reflection, and rest. April & Bridget value connecting with nature, and so choose their locations based on the beauty and healing components of the surroundings. As a dynamic team, they both contribute something unique to the experience.

They hope participants come away with a renewed sense of connection with themselves and others, as well as a deeper understanding of what the spiritual practice of yoga offers.

"Your greatest revelations are waiting for you to rest and receive them."
