Jennifer is a highly credentialled fitness enthusiast. Her knowledge stems from being a life-long athlete. She received her BS in Physiology from UC Davis and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 from The Yoga Company.
Jennifer has coached youth sports and taught fitness classes for over 20 years. She sought out yoga to build strength and flexibility as well as to incorporate mindfulness into her exercise routine. Jennifer brings balance, challenge, and hard work to her practice with an emphasis on alignment and body mechanics. Her passions include cooking, baking, hiking, biking, skiing, running, walking, and gardening.
