Bridget Galli (she/her)

Alignment-based, Ropes

Bridget committed to a dedicated yoga practice in 2009 to support her overall mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. She found a deep connection to Iyengar instruction with its emphasis on mind-body awareness, proper alignment, and focused attention to the breath. Bridget completed her 500-hour YYT at Downtown Yoga in Pleasanton in 2016, received her Ropes Teacher Training certification from Yoga Garden in San Francisco in 2017, became a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging teacher in 2018 and a certified Accessible Yoga teacher in 2022. She is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. Bridget credits the transformative power of yoga for deepening her spiritual awareness and enriching her pursuit of balance on and off the mat. She brings all of this into her experience as an enthusiastic seeker, student, teacher, wife, and mother of four. She hopes to share the light and joy of this practice in a welcoming and supportive environment in her classes. Bridget is co-owner of Castro Valley Yoga.
