Our Programs

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to strengthen your body, connect your breath, and promote flexibility. In our prenatal classes, you will become part of a supportive community and be given space to relax and rest. Prenatal classes are designed to explore and honor the wisdom of the body.

Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe through pregnancy, and can help to:

  • Improve sleep

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

  • Decrease lower back pain, nausea, swelling, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms, headaches, and shortness of breath

  • Shorten the stages of labor

Our classes will also give you the opportunity to share your current concerns, ask questions, and create community.

Note: Prenatal classes are reserved for practitioners of yoga who are pregnant.
