Springtime in Italy: Yoga for Rest and Renewal

Spring is the season of rebirth, renewal, and new beginnings, which makes it the perfect time to nurture yourself while inviting new intentions to your life. Spring is also a beautiful time to experience the inspiring landscape and culture of Italy!

Join Bridget Galli & April Oquenda for a week-long yoga retreat just outside the medieval town of Lucca. Our time together will be dedicated to renewal through the practices of yoga, meditation, healthy eating, intentional rest, beholding beauty, and being in community.

The villa rests in a secluded area of northern Tuscany. It's authentic Tuscan style includes indoor and alfresco dining, outdoor terraces, a spacious indoor yoga studio with Manduka props and mats, several grassy areas for outdoor yoga, a swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and optional in-house massage services.

Costs include lodging, meals (vegetarian and locally sourced), yoga classes, meditation classes, excursions to Cinque Terre, Lucca, and Wine Tasting.

Two-person room with private bath: $2800

Your Guides

April & Bridget have been the owners of Castro Valley Yoga since 2017. They strive to build community through the practice and study of yoga. Their retreats are intended as a time for dedicated practice, exploration, reflection, and rest. April & Bridget value connecting with nature, and so choose their locations based on the beauty and healing components of the surroundings. As a dynamic team, they both contribute something unique to the experience.

They hope participants come away with a renewed sense of connection with themselves and others, as well as a deeper understanding of what the spiritual practice of yoga offers.
