Stephanie Collins has been practicing yoga since 2011. She received her 200-hour certificate through the World Shamanic Yoga Institute in 2012 in Cuzco, Peru. She was trained in the styles of Ashtanga and Sivananda. Stephanie believes yoga is powerful medicine for the mind and body. Her classes are designed to inspire parents and toddlers to become more patient and balanced. Stephanie and her daughter, Akasha, create a compassionate space for parents to connect and practice yoga.
