Lisa began practicing yoga in 2014 because she felt the need to enhance her physical strength. After consistent practice, she realized that yoga brings not just physical strength, but also emotional strength and powerful growth. Through this process of self-discovery, Lisa became passionate about the power of Yoga. She discovered new levels of acceptance, patience, and growth that assisted her through some of the hardest times in life. Lisa strongly believes that practicing yoga gives time to Self: the body, breath, spirit, and overall well-being. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour YTT at CorePower Yoga. Yoga is a lifetime study, and Lisa is excited to continue learning, growing and sharing with others along the way.
