Barbara is a certified yoga instructor with more than 20 years of Pilates training. Barbara became interested in movement as a teen gymnast and later taught gymnastics, flexibility, and conditioning classes. Barbara's classes emphasize building deep all-over strength, increasing flexibility, honing coordination, and steadying balance. Her teaching style is patient and respectful, and she breaks down the poses into attainable movements that add up to a stimulating and fun experience.
