We are so excited to be offering in-person and livestream classes! The majority of our schedule is in a hybrid format. This means that classes will be led from the studio by one of our wonderful teachers and there will be practitioners in the studio and attending on Zoom.
For people who are fully vaccinated, please join us in-person at the studio or on Zoom. You'll need to provide proof of full vaccination to attend classes.
For people who are unable to provide proof of full vaccination, please join us on Zoom.
Here are a few policies we've put into place to maintain a safe and supportive environment at the studio:
All CVY teachers are fully vaccinated
Teachers will not offer hands-on adjustments to students
Class size limited to 18 students in studio
Students are encouraged to bring their own props and mats; props and rental mats are available at CVY
Regular sanitization and cleaning at the studio
CDC-approved air purifiers in the studio, lobby, and restroom
Students who wish to participate in-person at the studio must agree to the following:
Must be fully vaccinated
Must wear a mask at all times, effective 12/30 per Alameda County guidelines
Must be symptom-free to attend in-person classes
Must have temperature taken at check-in for in-person classes
Must complete Daily Student Health Screener prior to attending class (emailed with registration)

Please join us for the Foundations of Yoga Series. Learn the basics of yoga (poses, breath, alignment) and sample different styles of yoga. Excellent for beginners or for experienced practitioners who want to return to basics. Led by April Oquenda & Bridget Galli.
