Yoga for Teens Series
Please join us for a 4-week series of Yoga for Teens. This series teaches students how to use yoga to reduce stress, cultivate an overall sense of well-being, use stretches to recover from athletic training, and care for your body. Classes are donation only. Proceeds will go to CVHS.
Appropriate for all levels and beginners!

Wall ropes can be an invaluable tool for getting into certain poses, offering support, stability, and security. Ropes can also help students become more aware of their alignment, help open areas of the body that might be difficult to reach otherwise, and help stretch and strengthen specific areas of the body. This workshop will cover anatomy, posture, alignment, and safety. And, we’ll use the ropes!
Bring a yoga mat.

Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones, Music, & Candlelight
Let yourself melt over props to help eliminate fatigue and stress. Restorative poses completely support your body, helping to release holding patterns of tension and to free-up energy. Discover a renewed sense of well-being, as warm stones are gently placed on select points of your body to deepen relaxation and encourage breathing awareness. Set aside a few hours for quiet time and revitalization, as you recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
