Sinead has been practicing yoga since 2010 after wandering into a yoga studio. During first few years, she tried many styles of yoga and loved the balance it brought to her. While she was interested in participating in a teacher training program, it wasn't until she started practicing at Downtown Yoga that she felt it was right. After completing her 200-hour RYT in 2016, she started sharing her practice with others. Sinead enjoys the perspective practicing yoga gives to other aspects of her life and enjoys helping others find balance and open into their own practices.
