Lainie Pascall

Lainie discovered yoga when she was pregnant with her daughter and desperately needed to feel better in her rapidly changing body. She credits yoga with helping her to stay physically strong and emotionally steady as she navigates the (sometimes choppy) waters of parenthood. Lainie received her 200-hour RYT in the vinyasa flow tradition from Dragonfly Yoga in 2015 and completed Prenatal training from The Yoga Tree in San Francisco in 2016.
