JoeEtta McAdam

JoeEtta has been teaching fitness since 2008. She trained in Pilates in 2010 to balance out her cycle and weight lifting classes. While taking a vinyasa yoga class on a beach in the Bahamas, JoeEtta fell in love with the strength and beauty of the format, so she began training in yoga through Yogafit in early 2011. In the later part of that year, she added the Les Mills Bodyflow program, which is a mix of tai chi, vinyasa yoga, and Pilates. JoeEtta loves combining her knowledge and experience in the various formats to deliver a class that will leave practitioners feeling accomplished.
