These classes typically include a period of centering, warm-up, active poses, cool-down, and ending with a period of deep relaxation.
Yoga for Guys is designed for guys of all ages with little or no prior yoga experience. Is your body feeling stiff? Have you lost strength and agility? Do you have aches and pains? If so, this class is for you. This “guys only” class focuses on opening parts of the body that are especially tight for men: hamstrings, hips, back and shoulders, while increasing agility and strength throughout your body. You will learn skills to develop a safe yoga practice with long-lasting benefits, including greater mobility, balance, stamina and calmness.
